Jenkins Road Major Sub-Division Public Hearing Scheduled Tonight

Tonight at the Town of Ballston Planning Board
Major SubDisvison Site Plan Review
Public Hearing Scheduled for 7:30pm at  Ballston Town Hall
323 Charlton Road, Ballston Spa

This is the first time on the Planning Board agenda so we do not have information on the plans. Charlie Morris owns the property. A local businessman.  He built his home on it last year and now wants to subdivide the 61.07 acre parcel (87 Jenkins Road).  The parcel also has frontage on Scotchbush.  New York Development Group is presenting the Site Plan Review on December 19, 2018 according the Town of Ballston Planning Board Agenda.

New York Development Group is from Clifton Park.  They are the same developers of high-density communities, apartments, and condos built in our rural Town of Ballston.  They have worked on Stonebridge, Beacon Hill, soon putting in Condos at Kasey Pass, Morningkill, Kelley Farms (soon adding in 97 residential units, 27 of those are townhouses, 70 multifamily units as well as 44,000 square feet of commercial space right on Eastline Rd where used to be farmland.) All in the Town of Ballston.

Stay informed.
We will follow up when we know more.
